 If your in another computer means you simply download this extension and login to your lastpass and use it

Some of them think it is not secure because they are third parties.It is not like that even this lasspass owners also not able to retrieve your passwords.because your lastpass account password only decryption key for it

Evernote help to get notes from website u can clip page or paragraph it will stored in your computer even offline you feel "i am in online"
